Alchemia Private Yoga Practice
Alchemia is a private, call-out yoga practice rooted in the belief that movement should meet you where you are. Every session is shaped around your body, your pace, and what you actually need. We come to you, so the space is already yours.
Single Private Session
One hour. Just you and Aimée. Entirely yours.
Who’s It For
Anyone who wants to experience yoga privately, without the pressure of a group class. Ideal if you’re a complete beginner, recovering from injury or burnout, working through something personally, or simply prefer the focused attention that a one-on-one session offers.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked directly via WhatsApp or message. Payment is due at time of booking to confirm your session.
To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the time to be offered to someone else.
Late cancellations & no-shows:
- First time: grace extended, rescheduled at no charge
- Thereafter: the full session fee is payable before rebooking
If something genuinely unexpected comes up, please just reach out. A conversation goes a long way.
Shared Private Session
Bring your people. Move together.
Who’s It For
Friends who want to share something meaningful. Couples looking for a connected, calm experience together. Families wanting a gentle introduction to yoga. Small groups marking a moment, or simply choosing to move with intention alongside the people they love.

Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or message. Payment per person is due at time of booking.

If one person in the group needs to cancel last minute, the session continues as planned for the remaining guests. No fee is applied to the person who cancels.

The Groundwork Series
Three sessions. Six weeks. A foundation that holds.
Who’s It For
Those who feel called to yoga but aren’t sure where to start. People who’ve dabbled but never felt they found their footing. Anyone who wants a slower, more intentional introduction. Those navigating stress, a life transition, or a season that calls for more grounding.
The Groundwork Series is a single booking. There’s no commitment beyond the six weeks, but many people find it changes their relationship with their own body in ways that last much longer.
Investment
The Groundwork Series R1,750
Payable in full upfront to secure your series. Compared to three single sessions at R620 each, this represents a saving of R110.
This is a call-out offering. Aimée comes to your space for all three sessions.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The full series fee of R1,750 is payable upfront to confirm your place. Your spot is reserved once payment has been received.
Rescheduling individual sessions within the series:
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a session
- Rescheduled sessions must fall within your 6-week window
- Sessions missed without prior notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, are considered forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded
Cancelling the series entirely:
If you need to step away from the series, please reach out and we’ll have a conversation. Every situation is different. Completed sessions will be accounted for at the standard single session rate of R620 when working out any resolution.
Starting something new takes courage. My intention is always to hold this space with as much flexibility and care as I can, while keeping the work meaningful and consistent. 🌿

Each gathering is given its own name to identify and honour the milestone it holds:
The Birthday Ritual
For the person stepping into a new year of their life. A chance to pause, feel held, and move into what’s ahead with intention.
The Bridal Blessing
For the bride before she becomes wife. A gentle, sacred alternative to the conventional send-off. Soft, grounding, and full of love.
The Mama Circle
For mothers-to-be, and the women who surround them. A ritual to honour the body, the journey, and the transformation already underway.
The Wild Gathering
For those who need no particular reason, only each other. A gathering for connection, breath, and being fully present with the people who matter.
All packages include yoga, tea or cacao, and a card reading, held at your venue or venue of choice. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day, before the ritual begins.

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, every effort will be made to find a new date that works for you and your group.

- This reflects the time, preparation, and resources that go into creating your experience
Guest numbers:
- If your guest count changes after booking, please let me know as soon as possible
- Increases beyond your original booking will affect your final balance
- Decreases in guest numbers within 72 hours of the event will be charged at the original agreed rate
