We offer classes in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Meditation practices.

Yes, we have classes designed for all levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.

You can book a class directly by contacting us on WhatsApp or using our Booking Form.

We do have yoga mats, blocks and bolsters but you’re very welcome to bring your own along as is customary.

Classes are offered in your own chosen space. Classes are kept to a minimum to ensure individual attention.
